The Why!

“Diamond DM” is a combination of two unique souls, “Grandma Di and Granddaughter Mikayla”, who would like to share their healing journey with you. Flowers and dirt have the power to soothe the soul and give strength to the spirit. This year they plan to double the flower gardens and revel in the riot of colors. Come join them and support everyone’s wellness journey.

Diane’s grandmothers Dagne and Agnes are her mentors for her love of flower, fruit and vegetable gardens and her grandfathers Ruben and Harold, helped her develop an appreciation of the wildflowers, foliage, twigs, and forests. Combining all into a love for the beauty of all things that grow, Diane and Mik offer you a chance to “create your own masterpiece” – there is no “right way”, creation is a wonderful expression of your personality and its all good! This applies to every aspect of your life. Fun, laughter, and connections are the important ingredients – Let’s Live!

Alberta weather is quite unpredictable, so products are “weather and seasonally dependant”. We can experience 4 seasons in a day, with frost, hail, and snow as some of our biggest challenges. Flower season typically runs late May-August.

We are chemical and pesticide free. We practise regenerative and permaculture growing methods and the health of the soil and the “little ones” that live in and around the soil are very important to us. “Tread Softly” in our gardens – there are many who live here!
